what's up guys...just a quick question. how do you know when you're at the max clen dose you should take? i'm already at 4 tabs per day but not really feeling much. i initially feel jittery about 1/2 hour after taking it, but that only lasts for about 20 minutes, so i know its working, but how do you know when the dose is effective? i don't really feel any warmer and i haven't been sweating any more than usual so should i keep dosing up until the sides get worse, or just stay where i'm at? a friend started at the same time, but he can only tolerate 2 tabs per day b/c it makes him too shaky and nervous but during workouts he's been sweating his nuts off lately, a lot more than usual.
i've used albuterol for about 15 years for asthma, so there may be a slight tolerance issue, but i'd hate to keep taking only 4 tabs per day and not have it do anything for me.
