just wondering,most of us lose some of our gains.when do you feel you lose the most i.e first 2 weeks pct just after pct or in the coming months while waiting for new cycle?
i have lost quite a bit now 2 weeks into pct,due in large too me taking time off gym due to burnout and not eating as much as i should,so i am now starting gym again on monday in conjuction with diet but am hoping to now stop the loss!
any thoughts
