  • losing gains

    hi,

    just wondering,most of us lose some of our gains.when do you feel you lose the most i.e first 2 weeks pct just after pct or in the coming months while waiting for new cycle?

    i have lost quite a bit now 2 weeks into pct,due in large too me taking time off gym due to burnout and not eating as much as i should,so i am now starting gym again on monday in conjuction with diet but am hoping to now stop the loss!

    any thoughts

    USUALY I DECLINE ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS AFTER IVE BEEN OFF. BUT KEEP 90% EVERY THING

      For me there is some immediate loss right after the cycle when the water goes and then a very slow continuous loss for about 6 to 8 weeks, but not that significant.
      I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

      I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

        thanks guys,

        yip i have dropped alot of water,looking alot more ripped(hate to say it but like mens health model look,lol)i have sacrificed a bit of muscle due to not eating enough,but all good as of this weekend.
        still got my hardons so cant be all that bad.

            the key is to keep your protien and calories up high when off , i use slin post workout withe creatine to help me along i keep90% or better now

              ditto, a bridge whether it be slin, dbol anavar primo whatever helps keep gains. i have heard of guys bridging with low doses of test and even prohormones.

              the best thing to do is keep the protein HIGH>

                i am awaiting my slin(novorapid)which i will get this weekend.

                orion76 thats exactly my reaction.lol.where before you filled your clothes you know only look decent when naked.
