    I see your point, although my BP has never been a problem.

    In that case, would you recommend upping the test? Where and when would you add the var?

    My test is low normal and I can't put any size on. Not even to the levels I hit natural 'back in the day'.

    At this point I'm thinking I'll use HRT after the cycle to help keep the gains. Haven't thought that part out yet.

            I'm with JS here. I am 36 and I love dbol and do not get any sides. Dbol is my favorite part of my cycle! I hate waiting 4-5 weeks after my 1st inject to get any results!

            Just my opinion, but I'd keep the dbol in there....

              Ok, I'll stick with the d-bol based on what I've seen so far. The gains outweigh the chance of sides (and I didn't have a problem with sides before), and I want to kickstart the cycle.

              Will I see a big increase in size by adding 400mg per week Deca from week 1-11? Is it worth it?

                I think you will. Deca is a strong anabolic and really helps you bulk up. As long as you eat enough to sustain the growth. If you don't eat enough then adding Deca won't make much of a difference.

                  Bro don't up the test, the body produces 40-70mg a week. 500mg of test enanthate after the ester is gone is 360mg of test. So if your in the low range your getting 9 times the test your body is producing, if it's on the high side then your getting 5 times what it's producing. So there is no need to up it passed 500mg a week. If you think you have low test levels, go to the Dr now and have it checked.

                    I doubt it, food is the most important part of a cycle not the amount of gear. Cycles with high amounts of gear produces gains that are harder to keep. Deca will cause more water retention, so you may gain more weight but it just extra water, which will be lots after the cycle is over.

                    You haven't cycles in 23 years so you starting a new. You said " (and I didn't have a problem with sides before) " That was 23 years ago, your body has changed lots since then, your not 20 anymore, your body wasn't even fully devoloped at 20.

                    At 43 you'll feel 20 again with 500mg of test a week.

                    If you want to jump start your cycle use prop.

                      Have to agree on the prop, it's a better idea to jump start with prop than with dbol.

                      Still think Deca puts on good size but that might be different for you old people

                          I'll say one thing, you can't go wrong with JohnnyB's advice. There are always faster ways to bulk up but Johnny's way is the safest for your health.
