    As for the meds.. I was in a car accident where they put me on Oxycontin. I was on for 3 months at 100mgs every12 hours.. I think that was the dose.. It was pretty high imo.. But i came off pretty easily and I have a very addictive personality.

    Light weight and high reps and watch for the strain.. you will feel it, quit at that point if your feel it.. DO NOT try to work past it..
    Yeah, this past summer I let my common sense go, and it got the best of me. I knew better, but for some reason I started going heavy on deads....Real heavy. My 4th set of 5, on the second rep, i felt it go. 3.5 months i was out , and lost damn near 20 pounds of hard work due to inactivty, and mainly depression. Take it esy bro!

      oh, I had the 2 herniated discs for years and had been working around them! DONT go heavy on deads/squats!!!
