Legalgears M1T contains NAC, which helps in liver protection. It may not be the low cost leader, but it is a great product, which provides additional liver protection right in the tab.

As far as powder or caps, 10mg is about the size of a pinhead. Getting accurate dosing is going to be a challenge.

i read its best to take the liver protectants 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after because the liver already has enough stress on it.... true or false?

I take NAC year round, I figure it certainly doesnt hurt. Taking it 2 weeks before, I do not see an advantage, but taking it 2 weeks after I am sure wouldnt hurt.
