We could argue about this forever but the simple fact is that if you don't get enough nutrients, wether it be from solid food or shakes, you are not getting the full potential out of your cycle.

Also if you're such a natural ectomorph I'd feel free to add some pizza, cheeseburgers and ice cream to your diet. Those extra calories should give you a good boost and like you said yourself any fat gained from that you easily get rid off.I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

Most anybody with my fast metabolism/genetics would have a damn hard time keeping 20lbs indefinitely after a single cycle - with no 2nd (or more) cycle a few months later to keep the weight-gaining momentum going.

But that's where I am at this point in time.......where I mentioned in the other post somewhere about up until "the last 10 months or so" etc.
This will be my first year where I have that ability.
That's why I dont consider this go-'round to be a total waste. (besides the fact that since being here in FG I have learned something about PCT - something else I've never had before).

fact is you need to eat period! i've been your size have gone from 147 to around 189 and hover around 186 but looking lots bigger. this is not good advise but i think the protien thing is overrated especially for someone our size. eating is most inportant and not just protien or pizza etc. in the hood we are raised on PORK, BEEF, LIVER and beans (lima, kidney, black eyed peas) etc this will add substance to your frame trust me. the weight i've gained has a lot to do with training and gear but for those of us who want size. real food is a great starting point and taking it slow and easy. don't look for 20lbs a cycle. adding 6-11lbs each cycle of QUALITY muscle will yeild results you can be proud of bro.
