lol edvedr in that 1st post u kinda sounded like the "American Psycho" dude.. hehe... in the 1st movie... when he's describing what he's using in the shower etc...

anyways... i tried it ALL and nothing worked... b5, tanning, benzoic acid, glycolic acid and a shitload of other 'acids', showers 3 times a day, lots of water etc etc... it all works temporarily... once i get on/off a cycle notihng helps.....
i've been the last 5 months on tertacycline (minocycline before that) got it from my dermatologist - and now that i'm off a cycle my back/chest/shoulders are fkin covered with the damn shit... i even upped the dose of the tetracycline (from 500mg to 750mg twice a day) and it's not working... even before that it wasn't working as it's supposed to... sooooo... the moral of the story is i'm getting the fkin accutane... i let my doc experiment on me with this antibiotics crap for a while, but i think it's enough now....

I have had it on my back and arms since I was sixteen and I certainly wasn't taking any gear then. At 21 I still get acne on my face and neck. It has never gone away, tetracyclin made it a bit better once, seems like the b5 is helping somewhat
Tanning seems to be real good cause its not just like zits on my back its like zits under my skin that I have so many of. I got the ZNP bar a few days ago as someone recommended, I am going to try upping the pantothenic acid. Ive been tanning over the last 2 weeks and that has helped the most, not sure if it makes it go away or makes it less noticable but it has made a big difference. Still a long way to go though.
It is extremely frustrating to have acne when you built yourself a good body and it takes away from the cosmetic appearance. I HATE IT!!
