    Bro, don't mean to discourage you but you are talking about gaining almost 50 pounds of quality muscle and I suspect you would like to keep most of it! And it's not like you are way below your genetic potential, 140 pounder/skinny bastard who never worked out. You are almost 220 having 6'!

    This is a project for 2-3 years even doing steroids!

    First 10-20 lbs. should be easy but then the higher you go the game becames harder and harder...

    And remember, I am talking about quality, chiseled muscle here, BB-style, symmetrical, matured and eye-pleasing (that's what you want)
    Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
    Then it goes much deeper.

        agree with phabio. you're not being fair to yourself wanting that much weight. use what you have. get your training down and eat and rest. don't mass dose. you should get nice poundage from your first cycle. just shoot for 12-16 lbs. if you get yourself in great condition you'll look maybe not 260 but with a solid 12lbs close to it. good luck. let some of the vets guide you.

          I guess I read to much Flex magazine. I read an article by Lee Priest where he said how he eats like a pig and stacks on 50 Lbs in a matter of a few months, but I should know he sure as hell isn't taking Sust, he's taking the best stuff money can buy. With my Frame if I could get to 235 I would look fuckin awesome, I just want to be a HARD 235, then I'll see hopw it goes from there.

            Bro let me tell you something,20 lbs of muscle or even 16 lbs of muscle would look good on any guy in fact women prefer guys with the right size of muscle not overgrown freaks,I would rather look like the guys on mens fitness covers then the guys that look like on flex.

                      You have to remember, the pros bulk up big time off season, then cut down ALOT of weight during season. When they go back to bulking, muscle memory helps them out tremendously. ie: If you once was a muscular 250, and lost 40 pounds, it will be alot easier and faster to put that 40 pounds back on, then it will be to go from 250 to 290. Plus most pros are genetic freaks.

                        you want a body builder phsyque yet you lift like a power lifter. body builders lift slow, controled movements making sure to isolate targeted mucsles. they lift light-med/high reps twice a wk, and heavy/low rep once a wk. diet and training are the key ingredients bro, supplements are the least important aspect of lifting... for a good bulk keep the cardio at 20mins x4wk and eat like this:
                        cals: 21cals/lb=4578
                        ratio of: 30-50-20
                        pro: 343grms
                        carbs: 572grms
                        fat: 102grms
                        this will bulk you up!
                        it is only my advice but i have been doing a lot of diet research and have read many books, this is what is implied from what i have found.

                          Have you seen what he looks like after he gains 50 lbs in a few months??? He's a fat ass. He looks horrible. I'd say way over half his weight gain is fat. He really looks bad. Don't go by anything you read in Flex.


                          If you're wanting to put on muscle...concentrate on bulking then shed the fat post cycle. You can easily lose fat off a cycle but it's WAY harder to gain muscle. Since you're using steroids now.....get as much muscle building out of them as you can...then cut after post cycle therapy.

                            just try to put on as much mass as YOU can. don't worry about what other bros or pros do as everyone is different. u may surprise urself with how much u can gain

                              Check it out man do this:


                              Test-e: 400-500mgs a week for 10-12 weeks

                              dbol: 35mgs ed for 4 weeks

                              if you want Deca: 300-400mgs a week for 10-12 weeks.


                              Have your POST CYCLE THERAPY in hand after 2 weeks after the last injection. Nolvadex or Clomid, or both if u want.


                              U should gain enough mass and size there depending in your deit bro,the key is the diet bro. You can either get bulky and huge or lean muscle gains withthese roids bro. Its all the diet man. If you dont want to gain mass but quality muscle bro, try eating lean foods man with super high protein. Its protein that builds muscle right? You cannot go wrong with a Test/Dbol cycle. Ive gained as much as 25 pounds with this cycle.

                              ONE MORE THING BRO, try to focus on gaining as much size as you could bro, cause if u wannalean out and cut up now, maybe chances are you will lose some size man. Trying bulking up a bit and then if you want on the final weeks like in weeks 10-16 use some roids like Winny and/or Prop but with a clean diet. There are many good ways to do it bro. But give Test and Dbol a try buddy.

                                Man, everyone tells me something different. What I've been doing is lifting as heavy as possible that I could control the weight, yet have excellent form, and I have my partner help me get an extra 2 -3 forced reps on every set. I've been eating clean, but I eat like a frickin pig. I'm suckin down chicken breast, and fresh veggies like there goin out of style. I'm staying away from breads, pastas and most dairy products. I'm eating tons of egg whites, tuna, turkey, fish, and on occassion lean steak or burger. I'm into the second week of my SUST/Winny cycle I haven't really noticed anything yet, but I'm being patient.
