  • I want to put on more Size yet still get ripped...am I going about it the right way?

    Doing a cycle of Sust and oral Winny...I have talked to many of you about it and you have gotten me straightened out there. What I want to know is while I'm doing the Sust, should I be doing Cardio, eating real clean etc, or should I be eating carbs and calories like crazy? I'm looking for the total body builder look, not the powerlifter look. My stats now are...

    6'0 218Lbs 14% bodyfat 34 inch waiste 49 1/4 inch chest and 19 1/8 inch arms (cold)

    What I want is 260 Lbs at 10% BF or less 32 inch waiste 51 inch chest(or bigger) and 21 inch arms (or Bigger)

    First, am I using the right type cycle for what I'm looking for, second how does my cardio, and eating come into play for the kind of gains, yet bodyfat reduction I'm looking for?

    MY ADVICE IS TO TAKE IN AS MUCH PROTEIN IN AS U CAN BUT TRY TO EAT CLEAN IF U WANT TO STAY LEAN. AND UR NOT GOING TO GET 21 INCH ARMS OUT OF 1 CYCLESINCE UR ALREADY 19 AND SOMETHING SHOOT FOR 20 BUT DONT BE DISSAPPOINTED BECAUSE U DIDNT GET 21. AND AGAIN GOOD LUCK

      MYRICK I was hoping to attain those numbers in a year or so, not one cycle. I don't figure Steroids to be miracle workers.

        HEY U NEVER KNOW BUT I WOULD DEFINATELY SAY U HAVE A SHOT AT 20. AS FOR UR QUESTION IVE NEVER BEEN GOOD AT TRYING TO PUT ON MASS AND STAY LEAN AT THE SAME TIME. WHEN I BULK I BULK WHEN I CUT I CUT. BUT WITH UR MEASUREMENT U SHOUL KNOW ALL ABOUT BULKING AND CUTTING JUST FOLLOW THE SAME PRINCIPLS ONLY DIFFERENCE IS U CAN TAKE IN MORE CALORIES WITHOUT IT GOING STR8 TO FAT

          MyRick I have been all natural until this week doing my first ever cycle, I'm really not sure what to expect. I was gonna train like I always did (Heavy) doing no more then 6-8 reps and Super heavy on deads, squats, and shrugs. I usually do a 30 - 45 minutes of cardio EOD. Should I continue to do these very same things?

            I'd try training in a little bit higher rep range for a while (at least 4 weeks, if you always trained heavy, im asuming your at a plateau and thats why u turned to juice, mix it up a little IMO

              Yes, continue to rain heavy and eat a ton of food...good food though. Also, to get the body you want I think is very possible with the base you have to work with. But I do think you may some day need to do some hgh or igf-1. And I would try to bulk first and then worry about cutting later. And winny and sust is a start but next cycle I would go with test, eq or deca, and drol or dbol to build some serious mass. Good luck bro.

                I was gonna stay away from D-bol cause everyone told me that once your Cycle of D-bol is over, you take a piss and watch yourself deflate...Is that true?

                    I think you'd be hard pressed to gain 42 pounds on sust and winny. I read you're looking at gaining this in a year so it may be possible. I'd try test-e/deca/d-bol. You may get their quicker. JMHO.

                      I'd just worry about bulking up, you can always diet down later.
                      I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

                      I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

                        yeah i would drop the cardio if ur looking to put on some serious size. just lift heavy and eat as much clean food as u can. then worry about cutting later.

                          Why are so many people on this site recommending TEST EQ and D-bol to me...Is that like the ultimate beginner stack? I take it D-bol just comes in a Tab form correct? What Mg's should I take? My source for gear tells me he has 25MG D-bol tabs, is this the good shit?

                            I think everyone is recommending that for your next cycle. You've already started your first, stay with what your doing now. Use this time to research possible next cycles. you can't learn it all in a couple days.
