Doing a cycle of Sust and oral Winny...I have talked to many of you about it and you have gotten me straightened out there. What I want to know is while I'm doing the Sust, should I be doing Cardio, eating real clean etc, or should I be eating carbs and calories like crazy? 6'0 218Lbs 14% bodyfat 34 inch waiste 49 1/4 inch chest and 19 1/8 inch arms (cold)
What I want is 260 Lbs at 10% BF or less 32 inch waiste 51 inch chest(or bigger) and 21 inch arms (or Bigger)
First, am I using the right type cycle for what I'm looking for, second how does my cardio, and eating come into play for the kind of gains, yet bodyfat reduction I'm looking for?
