Now you can go back to your buddy that messed you up in the first place and try to straighten him out so he does'nt give out anymore advice like that again.

tell ur buddy that he is wrong, u will NEVER EVER TAKE TEST FOR 1 week and then take anohter week off then come back on. first of all u need to go back and teach his ass what to do. if this is ur first cycle stay awayfrom tren for right now, do couple of cycles then do tren.
as far as for sust, do 1 cc a week even better 2 cc a week if u can afford it, but slipt it like 1 cc on sat and the other one on wnesday, and take winny tbs ever day , and weekend off if u want to and if u have injection, 1cc EOD.
