High - skip the Tren, everything I've read over the past 2 years says it is not for a beginner cycle. Stick to the Sust and then maybe add in/ ween off with the Winny at the end. Clomid will start 3 weeks after last Sust shot or 1 week after last winny (could be off on the winny as I've never come off winny and gone to clomid).
