  • Hows my T3 cycle look?

    posted this over @ SM and revised it a little.


    This will be my first time using t3(cynomel). I am presently 11% bf @ 186#'s. Here is what I am planning. I want to lose about 15 lbs of fat.

    Week 1 25 mcg. 5 spays of s1+ ed
    week 2 50mcgs + 5 sprays
    week3 50mcg + 5 sprays + .
    week 5 25mcgs+ 5 sprays + Guggulbolic ext. as instructions

    week 6 gugg ext. + 6oxo and clomid therapy for the s1+.
    week 7 clen 2,3,4,5,5,6,7
    week 8 clen 6,6,5,4,3,3,2


    I will run milk thistle and Ala throughout. Does my ramping look ok. Will s1+ be enough to combat muscle loss? Should I add creatine to help? I have 6 amps of Sus.250, should I incorperate these or save them for a few months later for a mild bulker? Sorry so many ?'s. Thank bros for any help.

    Increase the cycle to 63 days
    3 day ramp up 5%
    27 day constant 45%
    33 day ramp down 55%

      Well... I'd think a reasonable goal should be set before hand. If you really are 11%BF at 186, then looseing 15lbs of fat would drop you below the 4%BF mark.

      Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

        lol true, I am closer to 12 % prob 11.8 and after this past week Im probably over 12.

          Well either way bro... 6-8% is about as low as you'll want to go. Anything lower isn't healthy and depending on your body type can be VERY catabolic towards muscle mass.

          But your cycle looks well thought out.

            Here this is my cutting cycle that’s coming up in 4 months:

            250MG SUST and 600MG of DECA a week for 10 weeks

            Week 1-10 250MG/600MG
            Week 5 25MCG T3/3 80MCG Clen
            Week 6 50MCG T3/4 100MCG Clen
            Week 7 75MCG T3/5 120MCG Clen
            Week 8 75MCG T3/6 120MCG Clen
            Week 9 50MCG T3/5 100MCG Clen
            Week 10 25MCG T3/3 80MCG Clen

            Clomid and Nolvadex till I feel and see that everything is back to normal around 4 weeks starting on week 13......... I have not decided yet on how much of each I will take.
