DNP questions

I'm considering taking DNP. .. It will be my frist time obvisosly and all I have access to are PL's. .. .anyone have any opinions on his DNP? What is the lowest dose I could run it at to get decent results, i'm about 190lbs. A guy told me I should do 400mg the first day and 200mg a day for 9 days to see how i react to it? does that make sense?

yeah, i'm about 50/50 on usign it, it's almsot ust so tempting with teh results i hear. .. i def. neeed to learn a lot more about it thougth before i go jumping into it, i know that much.

Well im up to 800mg a day right now and im going to run it 20 days. I feel like i want to kill myself, never been this miserable in my life. Ask any quesions you may have and ill try to answer them but it may take a while as im melting. For a first time i wouldn't start out high, get to know how you react to the stuff. Using a high dose on the first day will nto kill you as it needs ot build up i your system however, it kind of ruins the entire cycle if you get DNP flu or a rash the first day doesn't it? Hit me up with some questions and i can help you with supplimentation and dosing, right now im gonna go put an icepack on my head and lay down by the AC.

i've tried them in the past, along with months of cardio and so forth. . .i just recently went on a stupid diet that made basically no sense, but surprisingly lost a ton of weight on it and it doesn't seem to be all that much muscle. .. the problem is my love handles and very lowest part of my belly, it's teh weirdest thing, i quite literally have NO fat on the rest of my body at this point accept in this area, and it's there big time, i've been working on it for over a year, and about 3 months now religiously, i measure myself every day, and every part of me is getting less and less accept my love handles, so, if at the end of my current diet, after i ad soem t3 again, i don't see some improvement, i think i am going to give dnp a shot.

how much do you weigh? at 200lbs, 400mg/day for 3 weeks worked great for me....

i would highly suggest running some kind of appetitie suppressant while on it

i'm aroudn 190 right now. Liek I said I'm really lean, accept on my hips. I'm goign to give a good dedicated diet+cardio a try one more time, and check for any resutls, then ,if that doens' towrk, I'm going to go for the DNP

i havn't done a cycle yet, i have my first one comming up, i was going to simply try and get as lean as i could and get rid of the love handles and then do my cycle. It's ust a simpel 500mg test eth a week for ten weeks.

Start my cycle with the enth.... Use clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with ECA on the other 2 weeks..... With a good diet and training, that alone should help you lose the fat your talking about...

would be just as easy at this point. .. i guess when i look at it i really have until next summer till i REALLLY need to lose that fat. anyone else have any ideas on this?

DNP is very unhealthy, I'd stay away from it if at all possible.
There is no mircale fat loss pill.

I disagre, DNP is a mircle fat loss pill. It's as simple as that, you'll lose weight no matter what. However its one of those miracles that have a cost, you can die from it and if you live through it, you're gonna be sick the entire time. Gotta decided what a few lbs are worth for you.

I had better results doing ckd than dnp.

dnp makes you feel like crap, sweet like a pig and give you permanent damage even if you used with all the shit you suppose to run it with. Just that the people doesnt see it "yet".
