I'm starting my cycle hopefully in about 2 weeks, it's going to be test/eq. . . My goal is to lose body fat and get good and lean.
Specificall I am most concerned with my upper body (upper back/shoulders, bi's/tri's, chest *overall*, and ABS What are some good exercise, and whats a good routine to get all these places together. Also, is 3 days a week at the gym enough? I have ahard time makign it more. Thanks
