  • need good workout

    I'm starting my cycle hopefully in about 2 weeks, it's going to be test/eq. . . My goal is to lose body fat and get good and lean.
    Specificall I am most concerned with my upper body (upper back/shoulders, bi's/tri's, chest *overall*, and ABS What are some good exercise, and whats a good routine to get all these places together. Also, is 3 days a week at the gym enough? I have ahard time makign it more. Thanks

    3 is enough for some and 6 is enough for others depending on your genetics really, look here for som egreat info...

        it's gonna be test eth. Generally I have always responded very well, even to very little exercise, i guess I was blessed with good genetics. . .

          Are you gonna work legs too. I don't understand why some people leave legs out.

            of course I am going to work legs, they just need signifigantly less work, I ski-raced up until about a year ago, was in the jr. olympics, but had a bad accident and my knee's are bad. .. .However, from all those years of training my legs are already really big, they look very out of proportion with my upper body, i would like to work to tone them, as they are not, and develope the size of my upper body.
