Post Recovery has a big part of it. Here is mine.
HCG 500iu for 20, 750 for 15, or 1000 for 10
After HCG Clomid 300, 100 for 10, 50 for 10 (start of Clomid as normally would (ie 2wks after enanthate, plan HCG according to this)
Anti-e continued from cycle till end of clomid (I use Aromasin usually, and I like to add 10mg Nolva as well)
10mg AM Dbol started at first day of Clomid ran as long as till next cycle
I usually start 20mg Var after 2wks the end of clomid ran as long as I want
Optional: Slin PW or GH also ran as long as desired
I also take rALA always, maybe it helps PC or not, but I think every little bit may help.
As far as training goes, a PL style I have found is the best type of program. Heavy and intense lasting under 45 minutes.
Diet, I would keep the cals up as high as you can afford (bf wise), esp protien and post workout carbs.

you're all forgetting extremly heavy compound lifts along with keeping your diet going strong.
If you are lossing a great deal of mass after a cycle you aren't taking those two points into consideration. Even with Clomid and cycling down etc.... you still won't keep a great deal of the mass without them.
