my cycle is set,now i am just finetuning my slin use.i have run two 3 weeks runs of 10iu postworkout (novorapid) before and to be honest i dont feel i gained much out of it other than feeling a little rounder and it did make me smooth.i feel i can get more out of it therefore want to incorporate it again at 4 weeks on 4 off pw.
please if you can offer any tips to make it more effective and limit fat gain it would be appreciated as i am trying to put on as much mass as possible and believe if i can dial it in it will be invaluable.
here it goes:
pre workout shake: 5.00am
40g whey protein
50g oats (26g carbs,5g pro,3g fat)
1 tbls honey
post workout shake : 7.00am slin 10iu
70g whey protein
100g dextrose
5g creatine
5g glutimine
1200mg hca
taken 5 min before shot(shot taken in quad,delts or triceps)
shake : sipped over next 2 hours
70g whey pro
meal 1 : 8.00am this may be replaced by shake of equal value.
1 can tuna 40g pro
100g dry oats (56g carbs,10g pro,5g fat)
meal 2 : 9.30am
40g pure protein mixed with
100g oats (56g carbs,10g pro,5g fat) as a shake
meal 3 : 11.30am
1 can tuna 40g pro
1 cup brown rice 50g carbs?i think
salad
meal 4 : 14.00
40g pure protein
100g oats (56gcarbs,10g pro,5g fat)
1 x tbls flax 15g fat
meal 5 : 16.30
200g chicken 50g pro 10g fat
1 cup brown rice 50g carbs
salad with olive oil 15g fat
meal 6 : 19.00
200g steak 50g pro 10g fat
sweet potatoe large 30g carbs
steamed veges
1 tbl flax 15g fat
meal 7 : before bed
pure protein 40g
1 x tbls olive oil 15g fat
protein : 515g - 2060cal
carbs : 424g - 1696cal
fats : 98g - 882cal
total calories - 4638cal
