just tell you can't sleep-keep it simple!!
he'll just give you a script to some xanax or valium in a real low dose, telling you to take them as needed. But dont start eating them to quick because he will think your addicted and send you to rehab or take you off the script. Good luck bro, i have the same problem with sleep right now and I dont have any insurance so i have to resort to the black market deals for help--kinda of sucks because i miss being able to go to the doctor for a script--thank God for insurance( In some ways at least)

No. A doctor can NOT tell any authorities or anyone else, but he can and will write anything that he wants to in your medical folder. You insurance has a right to all your information that was recorded while using them for treatment. This is excluded in patient privaledge!

Not that I agree with it, but that is how it is.

Ambien is not a controlled agent. I would not tell your provider about the AAS. If he documents it in his medical records and if you try to obtain life insurance at any time in your young life, you will have problems. It happened to me. It took 4 years to clear my name of AAS user. Just tell him your suffering from bad insomnia, and you need something to help you sleep. If he does not help you out, try nyqual or nodoz. but ambien is 100 times better. Good Luck.

JUST REMEMBER THEY CAN NOT ACCESS YOUR FILE UNLESS YOU GIVE PERMISSION, AND THE ONLY REASON YOU WOULD IS IF THEY WANTED AN APS. ( GETTING LIFE INSURANCE OR HEALTH) AND IF YOU ARE YOUNG IT IS NOT USUALLY NEEDED. ONCE POLICYS ARE IN FORCE YOUR OK. SO WHEN YOU TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR JUST TELL HIM YOU WANT IT OFF YOUR MIB. I DEAL WITH THIS ALL THE TIME CAUSE I AM AN INSURANCE AGENT. BILLY THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO YOUR FILE AT ALL TIMES! YOU HAVE TO SIGN A RELEASE FOR EVERY TIME THEY WOULD ACCESS YOUR FILE
