Can i tell my doctor?

Can i just go to my doctor and say u know what i v been juicing and i cant SLEEP! so he gives me Ambien

Im Geting Mad here.. i need sleep!

i don't think he would give you ambien if you admitted to juicing since that would be the cause of it. just tell him you are having problems sleeping andf nothing over the counter is working for you

I wouldnt tell him. It can be in your files (even if you tell him not too) and your insurnace can find out as well.

If anything say Andro from GNC.


I would stay away from Ambien. It is the worse drug I have ever taken. Severly changed my personality in a very bad ways. I also got violent hallucinogations. Didnt help me sleep either.

Stick to Night Quil... Thats always puts me to sleep... LOL... But for real I wouldnt tell him.... Taking a risk there.... The Doc dont need to know.. Thats some personal stuff ya know...

I think Ambien may be controlled, it may have changed or be in a special class.

GHB didnt help me sleep either.

I like Magnezium/Zinc Combo. You can use ZMA if you want, but I save money and mix it myself from Walmart. Melatonin helps some as well as Kava Kava and/or HTP5. Benadryl can also help. Ketofin seems to help. Dont use Tylenol PM, thats too harsh on the liver for a longer term solution. You may also try the OTC sleep pills. They didnt much for me either.

It sucks not being able to sleep. If you are naturally lean and not too worried about fat, you could eat a really high carb meal and let the slin put you to sleep. (PS..dont even take the word slin and put any ideas in your head, thats dangerous)

Dont tell him your juicein, just tell him you work shift work, and have problems adjusting your sleep patterns, and you seen the add for the stuff on TV. He will fork over a Rx right then I bet, for that or something stronger. no need to tell him if you dont have to...and I can almost say 100% that its the D's doing it.

ill try that.. if my doctor give me the stuff im only gona pay like 9% of it.. the rest my insurance pays

yep....when i was on the "D's" i had this as well

He will, I have gone to doctors I havent been to before at all and told them that and they gave me all kinds of sleep aids. No problem!

man, we need to educate few guys from here.. send em back to skool so they can git their diplomas, and become docs/lawyers/feds etc. once we had this 'lil army' of those smart people, they could hook us up will everything we needed... drugs, info, bail outs, etc. etc.....
