Assuming you were on probation and unable to juice, and you wanted to lean up and you had a bunch of liquid t-3.
What would you do/take to prevent any muscle wasting?
I've been around a long time and I have used t-3 before and know what I am doing, just now I can't juice with it
I am already on a ketogenic diet and I do 30 min of aggressive cardio a day in addition to my workouts. My problem is my metabolism slows on this diet and I hit a wall, I am just short of getting my abs in and I can't seem to make them come out. I can gain muscle by looking at a weight but getting very lean has always been a problem unless I am on tren
but now I do not have that option.
I have never looked into pro-hormones are there any that are worth a shit? I have never gotten any sides from any AS and I have used most all of them. I have managed to hold on to a good deal of my size and have been natural for almost a year but now I want some help to harden up a bit. Help appreciated, Thanks.
