  • How to prevent wasting while on T-3

Assuming you were on probation and unable to juice, and you wanted to lean up and you had a bunch of liquid t-3.
What would you do/take to prevent any muscle wasting?
I've been around a long time and I have used t-3 before and know what I am doing, just now I can't juice with it I am already on a ketogenic diet and I do 30 min of aggressive cardio a day in addition to my workouts. My problem is my metabolism slows on this diet and I hit a wall, I am just short of getting my abs in and I can't seem to make them come out. I can gain muscle by looking at a weight but getting very lean has always been a problem unless I am on tren
but now I do not have that option.
I have never looked into pro-hormones are there any that are worth a shit? I have never gotten any sides from any AS and I have used most all of them. I have managed to hold on to a good deal of my size and have been natural for almost a year but now I want some help to harden up a bit. Help appreciated, Thanks.
"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

being on probation will not affect your piss tests, even if your on AS probation, too expensive for them to piss test you every month. Pro-H are and can be worth it, just have to get the right one's(don't know which one's though) and do it right, but it seems that they cost the same if not more than gear.

I know T-3 wont be a problem, they know I used to juice and if they think I am back on they could test me. I am not going to risk it I am off in 9 more months anyways. I know pro hormones are as much or more money but my backs up against a wall here. Thanks more the input so far, anything else?

Molecular Nutritions 3-alpha is a good choice. I've used it, great increases in strength and a hardener. I have too say was skeptical at first, yet it did work.

Sure there are others out there similar.

On T-3 I find number one thing is to eat that meal every two three hours, if I don't it is so hard to play catch-up.

Good Luck & Good Heads up on playing it safe.

there are some pretty good transdermals out there that would help maintain your muscle while on t3. Id go with 1-test/4AD in dermal form. However im not sure whether or not these could show up in a drug test.

If they are legal they cant do anything to me so I don't care if they see it or not. If they want to waste more taxpayers money to test me for pro-hormones then so be it.
              Thanks for all the suggestions.

                Clen all the way

How about Clen? A great Anti Catabolic, and works synergistically with T3 to burn up the BF. The anti catabolic effect of the Clen will help preserve Muscle.

If you don't want to use clen maybe go with straight ephedrine which is also anti catabolic, but a distant 2nd to Clen.

Good suggestion, I have used clen and it didn't seem to do much. I used to use a lot of effedrine and I ended up in the hospital with abnormal heart rythms so that's out also. I suppose clen would be something to consider.

first dont do clen with t-3 as in your case of ephedra and the hospital. Clen will do almost the same thing to you. If you want to use t-3 with no aas i strongly suggest you only use 12mcg ed and no more. There are places on the net(and this board) that will show you that 12mcg ed will not shut your thyroid off but will still benifit from taking the extra t-3. Ofcourse it wont be as good as taking a higher dose but in your situation with no AS you dont have much of a choice IMO

Gearhead is right on the money. If you are sensitive to ephedra T-3/Clen will mess with you for sure. I would just use Clen or T-3 with a good diet and cardio.

If you know what you are doing with it then you should know that unless you are fighting the catabolic effects of the T3 with some form of AS then you are going to burn muscle as well as fat, no doubt. I have noticed muscle loss even while on light amounts of AS with T3.

Yeah that was the point of this post, how best to minimize those losses without violating my probation.
