I got 2 weeks till i start my cycle. This will be my first cycle, and I don't want to make a lot of mistakes while on. I got my diet in check, supplements, such as ALA, milk thistle, etc.... My main question is about training. What do you guys change while on cycle on your training program? I've seen juiceheads at the gym going in there and almost doing every bodypart eod!!! To me that is overkill!! My buddy would train 2 bodyparts a day, next day rest. On rest days he would just do cardio. This is what i'm shooting for: Give me your opinions
Mon: Legs/calves included
Tues: Cardio/Abs: Stairclimber for 30-45min
Wed: Chest/Shoulders
Thurs: Cardio/Abs: Stairclimber for 30-45min
Fri: Back/Arms/caves
Sat: Cardio/Abs: Stairclimber for 30-45min
Sun: OFF
What do you all think? Any changes in my schedule? What does yours look like? As of right now, i do one bodypart/day mon-fri, hitting calves 2x. Should i stick to the same routine, or does the above one sound better? I would figure that the above one would give me more time to rest........Thanx for any replies!
