    what' s up guys i'm a little worried. my stats are 5'5 , 140 lbs.,age 25, bf not sure.i'm on a 10 week cycle sust 250 on mondays 1cc and deca 200 (internat. pharm.) on thurs. 1cc. i work out 5 days week and eat 5 to 6 meals a day (egg whites, tuna, potatoes, chick, steak etc.. iv'e always had a problem gaining weight. it's been 6 weeks and iv'e gained about 8 to 9 lbs. strengh has gone up a little. what week do you usually start noticeing real results.

        yea thoes doses are pretty low but if you gained 9 lbs off that its all good. The problem i see here is that you expect to be MR O after one cycle. You have to do quite a few cycles to get really big. Dont get all depressed cause your not getting huge really fast. You will need to do more gear next time but dont go crazy with the dose. Check out the board and find a cycle that you think is good for you. Than after you find that cycle post a message and ask what we all think of the cycle you picked. But as for now stick with what you got and try to eat more. Thats about all you can do and hope to gain a solid 15 lbs.

        250lbs @ 44% bf
        After 1st cycle Dec 1st 02
        215 @ 30% bf
        March 1st After t-3 and clen
        205 @ 24% bf
        June 1st
        225 @ 24%

          need more tset in that cycle but those gains are not bad considering the dose

            low dosages....should be at least doubled.....eat more clean foods and try to make the best outta the rest of the cycle.

              Gaining 8-9 pounds is not bad in 6 weeks especially if your a hard gainer. I would give it some more time to fully kick in if it does at all....

                I agree 9-10 pounds is about right if your eating clean. The guys you see gain 20-30 they eating like pigs and gaining a lot of fat and retaining water. For those dosages and the way your eating your right on. Really you should boost up the sust to 500mg. Hey, i'll take 12-15 pounds of quality muscle over 20-30 of water and fat.

                  You wont get 20-30 from 250mg sust thats for sure, I ran 250mg a week for 10 and kept about 17 pounds.

                    OK , DON'T FEEL BAD,WITH A LOW DOSAGE LIKE THAT U SHOULD EXPECT 10-15 POUNDS NO MORE, AND U ARE A HARD GAINER TOO. IF I WAS U, I WILL STOP NOW FOR A WHILE, GIVE UR SYSTEM A BREAK, AND THEN COME ON BY DOING , 500MG SUS AND 400MG DECA A WEEK FOR 12-16 WEEKS, MAKE SURE THAT U HAVE NOLVEDEX AND HCG TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.

                      Why would you suggest he stop now? It should be really kicking in right about now. It's the prime of the cycle.

                      btw Diesel, since when does 8-9 lbs constitute zero gains? Is it all fat? Am I missing something?

                        this is my 1st cycle. next time i will double up on my gear! hopefully i will start seeing results this week or next. thanks for the info. fellas LATER!!!

                          How about you show us what you ate today and we'll work from there instead of worrying about your dosages and what you could've done we can focus on what you can do right now. You can always add the calories tonight, tomorrow and the next day and so on. So far be happy with what you have...as long as you aren't losing weight you're still going forward.
