  • Taurine or potassium?

When on clen which should you use or should you use both Taurine and potassium? I have read clen deplets taurine. But then I read taurine mess with insulin sensitivity, to just take potassium. Any opinions?

All I know is they both help to counteract cramping up. I don't see any harm in taking in extra taurine and potassium. Just don't go overboard with either.

      Potassium, Taurine decreses insulin sensitivity.

Taurine aids the movement of potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium in and out of cells and thus helps generate nerve impulses.

Great, but the reason its used with clen and other beta agonists cramps is because clen depletes taurine levels from the liver thus hindering the conversion of T4 to T3.

Its also a well known fact that taurine decreases insulin resistance (dont know why I said sensitivity, thats why you dont do two things at once ) (1)
