  • Researchkits let me down...

    Hey bros....
Just wanted to vent a little frustration over an order that I made with Researchkits.com
I ordered some Tamoxifen Citrate from them 17 days ago. Also, before I ordered it was indicated that it was "In Stock". And $70 for a bottle. Now.....today is August 6th and I still have not received it and won't for at least a couple more days if I'm lucky AND this is the part that gets me....the price has been reduced to $50...... I e-mailed them today and they said it just came in and my order would go out today (second time of e-mails promising it would go out "today"....Got one on Aug 1st saying it would be shipped also when it arrived that day). However they did not acknowledge my comment about the price reduction. I hinted that I'd be happy if they were to "make things right" by including something else with my order or whatever for free. Anyway....I realize this isn't WalMart shopping and items bought before a sale can't be returned for a refund difference of the new sale price but......................whatever....I'm sure they have 10 happy customers for each one of me but my luck just sucks on this kind of stuff I guess more often than the odds should show. If they "make things right", I will retract my statements.

Also....funny ha ha on me.....I ordered from getpinz (Never had a problem before) not long ago and they sent me 25ga 1" pins w/syringe instead of the 23ga 1" pins I ordered. It really takes forever to draw out juice with a 25ga pin. Problem is I deleted the e-mails with the order # and now I'm SOL.

Sorry about research kits problems, I had a couple problems with things not coming in with the right kit or things being late but I will say they did eventually always send me what I ordered. As for getpniz I'd rather the 25 ga. Go buy a 21 ga somewhere and draw with that one every time, then shoot with the 25 ga. after thats what i do.
    Knowledge is power.

The planets must've been out of alignment. I'm far from being a complainer generally but all comments about companies can't be good. I've always had great luck with getpinz and this was my 1st order with research. Just hope my dog doesn't get gynecostmia before my order gets here....lol Poor thang.

I love the fact that these boards are here. I know some of the mods get pissed when we complain publicly about a commonly used (and probably a sponsor) company, but it really is good for us consumers to be able to post things like this in the open. It DEFINATELY encourages companies to "make things right."

Also guys....getpinz just made things right. They e-mailed me and said the new pins are on the way. At first they wanted the order # and dummy me had deleted it.....so they looked up their records apparently and are going to fix things. Good bros.

Hmm... draw with the 21 and shoot with the 25. Makes sense to me, but does the juice stay inside the syringe when you make the switch, and is there any sterile issues with this technique?
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

Chemripped is the man....All is well....
As far as drawing with a larger gage pin....that's why I ordered 23ga....I have no probs with that gauge really and I may want to inject with that ga. also. Biggest thing I've learned is to be absolutely sterile with everything. I draw with one...throw away, switch pins, draw from second vial if need be....throw away....switch needles again, and shoot with a new needle. They're cheap so what the hell.

Always draw with one and shoot with another.....belive it or not, the rubber septums do make the needles a little dull.

I often wonder why stuff like this gets posted, when you can just email the main man himself...
