I see your point, but I honestly dont mind posts like this. With the amount of orders we get, we are bound to have a few mistakes now and then. Just like every business in the world. One thing you will notice, is that EVERY post like this has a happy response at the end of it. EVERY COMPANY IN THIS WORLD MAKES MISTAKES! IT IS HOW THEY HANDLE THEM AND HOW THEY RETAIN CUSTOMERS IS WHAT REALLY COUNTS. IF WE MESS UP, IT IS NO LONGER AN OPTION TO MAKE A PROFIT AT THAT POINT. I WOULD RATHER LOOSE THE PROFIT AND MAKE THE PERSON HAPPY SO THAT THEY COME BACK 10 MORE TIMES. THAT IS WHERE IT PAYS OFF. So, inturn...these posts initially look shitty, but they pay off when we make the "upset" and sometimes irrational customer happy.
