It's not all that bad. I'm very confortable at 800mg/d of the POWDER. For beginners I would recommend the powder not the crystal. It's easier to determine your tolerance and there's more than a gray scale when increasing the dose. I started at 200mg and I'm currently at 800mg. No overwhelming heat, sweat or tireness at all. Let's see what happens a week after tomorrow when the cycle ends. So far I have not seen any body composition changes. If anything I gained 3 lbs but hopefully that's water weight.

Hi everyone, I'm actually new to the forum but I saw that my past experience with DNP may help some people out, so here goes.

I will admit I was a bit weary about using it at first. I think if you aren't weary and a little afraid of it at first, you put yourself in a dangerous situation. You SHOULD be afraid of it if you've never experienced it.

If you don't do your homework before you go popping anything, very unwise, but DNP has an "extra unwise" tagged onto it.

I weighed about 200lbs when I started, and after like 2 weeks or so I was down to about 185. I used the stuff previously so I knew my dosage limits and such, but I still started with the 200mg.

After I think 3 days I went to 400mg, and I kept it there for 2 weeks. This is as uncomfortable as I would ever want to get in my entire life.

I found that it's a good idea to base your DNP cycles around the seasons, a colder to milder season would probably be preferable.

Other than that I don't have much more to comment on. I know a lot of people have done very technical and historic research on this board, and it's a great source.. so thanks to the people who have.

I don't see it that way, but I do understand how others may.

Like any body altering drug available, it takes a plethora of reading to help you understand the effects it will have on you as an individual.

Since everyone's body is different, reading one guy's post about success and great weight loss is obviously not enough.

The margin between "effective" dose and "lethal" dose is too slim. What is effective for one person, may kill the next. Several have died, including at least 2 VERY knowledgeable bodybuilders. They were sure they knew what they were doing, but a mistake with dnp is not always forgiving.

Oh it's absolutly true that DNP is a very serious product. Taking it is not a game, and taking risks with "what I think I can handle" isn't worth the risk.

However again like all drugs, if used properly and are given the respect they deserve, they can be safe.

Anything abused is a potential risk. You can use a hammer to build a house or clonk yourself in the head.

When used properly it's an effective tool, abused it's a deadly weapon.

My point is that since what is a safe dose for one person may be lethal to the next, there is NO proper way to safely use it. It's not like using a tool; more like running around with a bomb and hoping it doesn't go off on you.

No matter how much research you do, or how many precautions you take, you are still taking a gamble far more than with any steroid. There are lots of ways to lose weight safely. A few speedy lost pounds are just not worth the risk.

Yes I agree here. Unless you are already an incredibly unhealthy, instable, 90 pound scrwany dude, the worst 100mg of DNP will do is make you sweat a little bit more.

You can easily base how much is "barely effective", "mildly effective" (this is where I personally like to be), "very effective", and "holy shit I shouldnt take this much" - by just starting with a small dosage.

I like to help, but do I look like a drug ******? (The correct answer here is no) So please do not ask me for drugs.
