    you gotta throw in some resitance training as well. so the girl is on all fours, im doing thrusting interval training. thrust real hard and fast, then slow it down. while im doing this, i have a hold of her hiar, and im doing rows. pull and relax, pull and relax. finaly, im doing some stretching. ill wind my arm around and BOOM, slap her in the ass. that will get me ripped in no time.
