  • Cardio while on roids...

    How many days out of the week do you all do cardio while on the juice. I do cardio twice a week, work abs 2days on- one off.

    I usually keep my cardio on a 2 days on 1 day off weather i'm saucin or not.
    I wasn't born with enough middle fingers.....

      I guess it can hurt you to throw in some cardio whenever you get a chance. I'm not one for it, but what the hell. Depends on what you are looking to do. Do you what to look like a runner or do you want to look like you work out? Your choice.

        I just jog for about 20 minutes every Mon and Thurs. Here and there ride my bike for about 20 minutes.

          I dont do any cardio when I'm on gear..mainly because I'm trying to bulk, and because my BP goes through the roof, I would probably collaspe if I tried doing any joggin, lol

              I do cardio 5 days a week, just started this the last year, and it helps with recovery for me, and it helps to keep you breathing properly on leg day.

                  what is cardio??

                  i only do cardio while i am dieting. sex is enough cardio for me the rest of the year

                    Sexercise is one my my favorite cardio workouts. what program do you use? Personally I like the thrust, thrust pause, counter clockwise swirl, thrust, thrust, back, forth, repeat....lol

                          Yes, thats the standard, but you will find, its the small changes that make all the difference...
