Whats better for water shed?

I heard that Liquid-Dex and Nolva-dex both really take off the water. Which would work better? I also have some winny and clen...The water is mainly in my chin and face area....

L-Dex worked fine for me in regards to keeping the water off. Nolva gave me some nasty sides. I'm on clen now and it kicks butt. Winny made my hair fall out after only nine days of usage.

I would personally use L-Dex if you are in the middle of a cycle.

i heard Yohimburn DF works pretty good on the neck/chin/face. use some with Clen and your face should thin out. From this to this in a few weeks

aldactone is a good and fairly safe diuretic when compared to others such as dyazide and lasix. It's a lot less harsh and it's potassium sparing.

dandelion root , Taraxaraton are cheap alternative for watershed.

Well heres to add more to the story....A couple of weeks ago I posted about high bp and that I was on well my doc wants me to come in for the next 3 days and test me out. If im still high he wants to first put me on a diuretic as he thinks I am holding alot of water in my torso area and face...I already ordered the liquidex...as well. What would you run it at for the purpose of water shed?
