need some advice of you beef cakes,
i am a physical training instructor in the army. i have done decca and dbol 2 years ago and put on 16lbs over 8 weeks, i kept a good half of this and last year did equipoise and viramone but did not put an once on. my work rate at work is quite intense with some cardio sessions lasting 3 hours on some days. at the minute i weigh around 68kgs only a small lad see. the problem i have is that if i tried d&d again where i am posted at the minute i can not get away with putting 16lbs on in a few weeks. what maybe a good stack where i could put reasonable gains on but not so obvious.
any advice would be appreciated.
