If you have to do it I'd say go with the fruit... The yogurt will make you mad hungry (at least it does to me) and has a higher GI than fructouse...

This may not be the ideal diet, but it worked for me - There are certainly better and more scientific ways to eat; but I work, have kids, and can't devote all the time and energy I wish I could... at least not all the time.
I used to go to the deli and buy roast beef or turkey a half pound at a time, along with a fresh fruit salad (canteloupe, greatfruit, pineapple) and make a meal out of that twice a day. No potatoes, or rice, or bread, or pasta...
In the morning, between, and after the meals protein shakes made with water.
I continued to get stronger, got much harder, and lost a lot of body weight (fat and water) -- combined with a winny/deca cycle. No test in that cycle, plenty of sex drive and no problems with mr. happy either. That was the first time I ever saw real vascularity start to appear. It was thrilling for me.
I think that people sometimes forget that one unit of glycogen holds three times its weight in water - Cutting back carbs has always helped me as far as not being too bloated. Of course, glycogen is also what makes muscles look full, have energy, etc... And then we get into the difficult subject of carb loading and dehydration... sucking water into the muscle and away from the skin... diuretics... danger. yuck. Anyway...
I know the general opinion is that test should be the base of every cycle - plus I'm on a test cycle now. On my first cycel I started at 400mg of test per week and 300mg of Deca. First cycle. I went up to 600mg on the test, and honestly I think it was too much.
Even now with a few cycles under my belt, I'm only doing 375mg of Test Enanthate and 450mg of Deca. That's it and I'm gaining nicely - without all the sides I had on my first cycle. I'm not saying that people are wrong for using more than that... but I really really do think everyone is different - and if you don't need to use more than that, you shouldn't. Remember also that some of these guys have been on for long periods of time, and therefore need to do that much test to balance out the cortisol levels, etc...
I'm going to be switching to ED TNE and Fina in about a week, adding in the cardio and start dieting. I'll also be cutting the carbs way down and eating similarly to what I described above.... Hopefully smaller and more frequent meals - but like I said I'm forced to fit it in around the rest of my life...
I liked prolangtum's description of cardio interval walking - I only get an hour a day to be in the gym, and shower, and get back to work. So its really mostly about the weights. So I'm hoping to maybe start doing more 'cardio' walking, since I just don't have the gym time to do 30 minutes of cardio a day.
Cuba's right as far as the things he said as well.
When 'tuning' in my diet, I still find that carbs are the easiest food type to alter. You need the protein, and you should be eating on the lean side anyway... save for the healthy kind of fats that should always be in your diet somewhere.
