My routine is:
Mon: chest/abs
Tues: back
Wed: legs/abs
Thur: shoulders
Fri: arms/abs
Sat: just cardio
Sun: just cardio
Cardio 6 days per week, first thing in the morning on empty stomach, 30-40mins treadmill, incline 8, speed 3.5.
I have a feeling that I lost some muscle from doing the cardio on an empty stomach, so next year I will consume some protein prior.
I went 10 weeks with no cheat Meals, none, upped my carbs a little on Saturdays, mainly with brown rice and oats, but not even that high, maybe a extra 150g, thats it.

Damn that is an awesome job... I cant believe you transformed that much in only 12 weeks... I must say it again, GREAT JOB!"Up to a point a man's life is shaped by environment, heredity, and the movements and changes in the world around him. Then there comes a time when it lies within his grasp to shape the clay of his life into the sort of thing he wishes to be. Only the weak blame parents, their race, their times, lack of good fortune, or the quirks of fate. Everyone has it within his power to say, 'This I am today; that I will be tomorrow.' The wish, however, must be implemented by deeds."
