For me personally I want to stay around my current weight of 210 pounds at 5'10 around 12% bf but I want to lose some bf and put on some muscle as well which should keep me at around the same weight. I want to gain a little more strength but more importantly improve on my overall cardiovascular conditioning.

Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......
It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

Increase my strength 400+ bench, 500+ squat and 600 deadlift and I want to stay around 215-220 @ 5'9 until I get to those strength levels. doggcrapp training, eating - halo and a shit load of primotestons should help me get there within this cycle.There is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path.
