  • As of now, what are your goals during your cycle?

    For me personally I want to stay around my current weight of 210 pounds at 5'10 around 12% bf but I want to lose some bf and put on some muscle as well which should keep me at around the same weight. I want to gain a little more strength but more importantly improve on my overall cardiovascular conditioning.
    Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

    It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

      not on yet, but plan on getting to 220lbs and staying lean at 210lbs

        drop to around 8%, which should put me at around 225.
        I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

            THis is my first cycle so I want to bulk up and produce a good frame of muscle to start ot diet with and play around with.

                well im 210 7%BF right now. i would like to get to 235-240 and i know i will be up in BF, but i would like to stay under 9-10% im guess next spring ill be where i want to be. if not by xmas. working on it slow though, so i dont hurt myself.

                  I'm about to start my next cycle soon, but right now I'm 210 @ about 13% BF. I'm just gonna try to bulk, so I expect to gain about 25 lbs. My goal is 225-230 @ 10% BF or less.

                      lose as much fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible...right now im 195 @ 8% (started 205 @10%)..id like to go as low as 5%...freaky shredded

                            Increase my strength 400+ bench, 500+ squat and 600 deadlift and I want to stay around 215-220 @ 5'9 until I get to those strength levels. doggcrapp training, eating - halo and a shit load of primotestons should help me get there within this cycle.

                              I want to get to 230 around 10% bf and stay there until competitions and I want to compete close to that weight.
