    Two words.... GQ! Working to get to that Men's Health cover model look(but a little more built!), damn such hard work...work for what you want right!?!

    5'10"
    Currently 200lbs. Estimated 16-17% bodyfat.
    Goal weight 220-225lbs, under 13% bodfat.

    More technical objectives: lose the flat look, lean up more, become more muscular and well-defined with striations and veins visibly showing all over through the skin. Increase strength!

    Current weapons: Fina, Eq, Test Phenylprop, and finished up the dbol. Mass destruction baby!!!!!!!

      To get the Men's Fitness Look you need to get at the 7-9%bf range. Shoot for that extra mile.

      Current Stats: 5'9 175lbs 11%bf
      Goal: 200-205lbs 7-8%bf After next cycle

      Current Cycle:
      150mg prop eod 115mg Tren eod 1-10(11) Winny 35mg ed 7-11(12)

      Next Cycle
      40mg d-bol 1-4
      600mg Test Enanth 1-12

        Quick question for you bro, Im going to run a cycle just like yours, but only for 6wks, how far into it are you and what type of results have you had weeks 1-6? I just want to see if my goal can be accomplished in that short of time.

            thehamme - IMO I would run the fina and prop for at least 8 weeks. The first 6 weeks I gained about 15-20lbs, but I'm thinking my last 5 or 6 weeks should solidify those gains and add a few more lbs.

              Well I am cutting now,my abs are out,but all I want is to bulk,I cant stop thinking about it all day,already planned next cycle lol.But this fall I will get to 260-270.

                Soon to be on my first cycle so my goal is to gain as much LBM as possible while maintaining a decent bodyfat. I will gain at least 25lbs.
