I took my second shoot today I want to keep this cycle journal update to once a week. However, today when I took my shoot [I most def. asperateted] and pulled out the niddle a lil blood followed..... ..... I obvioiusly licked it up... question is : does any of the juice come out with the blood??
I will do my weekly stat update on Wed....but just another Newbie question.......I can't fall asleep...Is it from the test?? if so why....Its 6am gonna have to stay up all day now.......lets get some advise please
One little update on the cutting cycle I have noticed that I am constantly hot and sweaty...well actually not always more like hot flashes.....fuck Im only doin 250mgs every 4 days and Im FREAKIN OUT HERE GUYS

My measurements have not really changes since the start of the cycle.... I guess they fluctuate depending on where I measure [I try to keep them as accurate as possible...
Now for the cycle update I have not really noted any physical changes….my muscles look a little more hard and although the waist measurement went up .2” I feel like I have lost a little bf%…..
I am not a believer in roid rages…[they are in your head, IMO]….but I believe I may be getting a little bit of a shorter temper….
Well that’s the 2 week update hopefully the next update I will be able to report some changes…
I also wanted to post an update of my diet and below are the last couple of days of Cal intake

Ok guys here is an example from the last two days....REMEMBER MY GOAL [CUTTING DIET] am I eating too much? I feel as I am for some fucked up reason.....and I have change the Carb, Fat, Protein composition of my diet since the begininning of the month if you can notice....anyways any productive imput welcome
Ok guys I know you may look at my weight and say .."3 weeks no gains???" well the reason is I think I have troped at least 1-2% Bf... my strenth has defenetly increased....

incline dumbell from 70lbs 6reps to 80lbs 6reps in 3 weeks! I could give more examples but only if someone gives a shit....
I dono I defenetly feel different!
My diet is on par...however due to some problems I have only managed cardio 3 times a week times a week by next week.....
I love it slowly but surely shits commin together

I donno guys.... I was looking in the mirror today and I fucken look like I grew over the last two days.....viens across the chest [when I flex] getting ALOT LEANER....feel like a ROCK.... i think this shit is kicking in

Left Arm [cold] 13.8"

Now my weight is unchanged for the this cycle except 5lbs the first week?????....This is a cutting cycle and thus far I am fairly please with the result....if only the lil'jelly belly would go I would be satisfied....
Im in a rush right now so Ill finish the update later tonight...just wanted to throw the measurments down for now!!!
As I have stated above thus far I am fairly please with results.....I belive I am at approx 10-12%Bf and REALLY wanna drop below 10% within the next three weeks....[CUBA TIME]
Since I added the daily salmon [omega 3 fatty acits] I have noticed that I have droped some additional bf.....My cardio has been down to approx 2-3 per week 45min each time, with heart rate at 120-130.
My strenth is really going thru the roof.....as you can see my measurments have not really changed too much Exept for the waist [ which at the begining of march was 36" ]
anyways...nothing really else to report except I feel REALLY ReALLY great
Ok guys look at the waist size 30.5" I love it I have 2 more weeks on B4 Cuba hopefully I can get to below 30" waist b4 then .... I have stoped cardio and am still droping bf.... I belive that my diet is the reason I am seeing these results...... I feel good.... I look good .... Although you always want more
