one hour later-eat a steak and potatoe big as you can handle
before bed-50 gram protein shake and 2 tablespoon pb
3:00 am when you get up to pee-50 gram protien shake.

Do that for a week if you don't put on any lbs. Then someone can hook you up with some gear.

Not a practical diet, but would add some weight, probably fat, but weight.

Dont get me wrong, its obvious you've research it, but I would first have to know your height, weight, bodyfat, goals, basal metabolic rate and adjust it accordingly. 10 eggs a morning will get very old and I dont think its practical, it looks good on paper, but damn, thats a nightmare every morning..... not to mention you really dont need 10, 4-6 will be more than enough. Add a large glass of milk for the remaining protein needs. Olive oil is fine, but I would replace it with fish oil, flax oil or hemp oil. Id make sure the bread was wheat, and to make it easier, Id take 1 can of tuna, warm it and put it in a pita, very diverse meal, simple and the right combination of macronutrients. Id replace the potatoe with a 2 cups of fresh vegetables, or yams, or brown rice. Of course, its always good to have options to switch it up so it doesnt become too mundane....

Before bed, Id rather have a casein mix, so 1 glass of 2% milk and some cottage cheese (about a cup) would serve much better than a protein shake, especially if it were whey. You can buy night time formulas which are full of BCAAs and casein protein, thats certainly a viable option. I dont believe in nocturnal feeding. The body needs 8 hours of unbroken sleep for growth reasons, if you're getting up to piss and have a protein shake ( a small one you can drink quickly, fine) but dont set your alarm to get up and drink one, its not that important, especially if you're having a casein based 'meal' before bed. That should supply you with protein throughout the night.

Your post workout shake is a bit shaky...... you're better off with around 45 grams of protein 25 grams of dextrose and 25 grams of maltodextrin. A combination of low GI and high GI carbs post workout is ideal....

Remember to get about a gallon of cold water and dont forget your all important pre-workout meal. About 20 minutes before you train, have a glass of orange juice, with a scoop of whey mixed in, some BCAA powder or capsules and about 1/3 cup of cooked oatmeal.

That's great advice from Y/J. You have to respect his patience. It seems like you want to blame everyone else for your situation. Their are a lot of hard gainers here, myself included. Do some research, get books and ask some educated questions. With your own knowledge and everyone else here, you will be where you want to be shortly. Don't start a cycle untill you know how to feed yourself and your muscles. No flame intended Bro, you just don't jump on a cyc w/no knowledge. Good luck.

Until you are eating 5000 cals a day for months then you arent trying hard enough. That's what it took for me and guess what I gained 40lbs in 9 months. Even if you do juice, you will not be able to keep your gains because you are not taking in enough cals period.

Anyone can gain weight. Stop complaining and make it happen.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

i remember way back in high-school, when i "thought" i ate a lot of food each day. i was sure i was getting more than enough to grow. then a trainer had me put what i ate down on paper and walked me through all the junk. i'm suprised i was able to maintain a weight of about 150-160 back then. i can easily say that when, i'm trying to gain weight now, i can easily eat 3-4 times as much as i did back then with no problems. remember to eat healthy too.
