I have been eating just like you guys told me too, and I don't see now results, I have been trying to gain weight for the past 22 years and still no results, and I was gonna take steroids but didn't know which to take and you guys said I'm not ready for steroids, than what am I ready for??and what kind of steroid to take for the a first timer?????????????/

I am sure no one ment any harm bro,if you really want to gain weight than u can,u just have to eat,I mean like u never have.I thought I could never gain weight too,untill I made it the most important thing to me,so everytime u saw me I was eating,wakein up during the night to eat.Lift heavy and hard,and sleep like a mofo and u will gain.Post what your diet looks like for better awnsers,there are some smart guys to help on the board,just stay around bro and learn,there is no magic.Again like I said good luck

Eat this everyday for 2 weeks with out fail.
7:00 8 egg whites 2 whole eggs 2 slices of toast and tablespoon of olive oil in eggs.
9:30 protien shake 48 grams or better with 1/2 cup oats and 2 tablespoon natty pb
12:00 chicken breast spud and almonds also piece of fruit
2:30 2 cans tuna 2 slices of bread
post workout 60 grams shake and 60 grams of sugar
one hour later-eat a steak and potatoe big as you can handle
before bed-50 gram protein shake and 2 tablespoon pb
3:00 am when you get up to pee-50 gram protien shake.
Do that for a week if you don't put on any lbs. Then someone can hook you up with some gear.TEAMSKIP
