      thanks for the advice. and i will do cardio occasionally. im still around 7% bf. i have gained a lil lately wondering if i might be a lil more now.

      he is seriously 3% maybe 3.5% if he competed he wouldnt even have to use diuretics, just some green tea and then no carbs at all.

          I do cardio after lifting weights most of the time, because i'm pressed for time. I dont have the time in the morning. I work from 3:30 to 12midnight come home check my fav. fitness boards and go to bed. I have to be @ college @ 9am and get out around 12noon. then go workout. So it just depends when you have time.
