      Aside from glutes, delts would be first, then quads, then triceps (they're easy).

        I would say glutes but if i were to choose one of the selections i would say quads..

                i prefer delts myself but quads are good to only palces that elt me still see what im doin toherwise ill need asistance but i liek it anyehwer excet chest never felt good for me

                      I like Quads, because it's much more easier, at least you see what you're doing, i've never injected elsewhere !!!

                        I love hamstrings the best...for some reason you didn't have it on the list....also the muscle in the ball of your foot can take about 3/4 of a cc.

                        I like quads the best....easiest to see what you're doing.

                            For the ones that you have listed, I would put them in this order:

                            1. tricep
                            2. delts
                            3. calves
                            4. chest
                            5. quads
                            6. lats
                            7. biceps (although I don’t do biceps)

                            If you added glutes then I would put them right after calves, and I would put traps right after quads.

                              I chose tri's....

                              I inject all but if done properly the triceps are handsdown the safest place to stick a needle because it's the only site where there is simply nothing there you can hit
                              I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

                              I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

                                Quads easy to do since they are right in front of you, you can also use both hands.
