  • For those of you that are currently on cutting cycles.....

    What are you using and how much? (Include thermogenic supps as well as other supplements you may be using.)
    Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

    It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

    Started 245 13% bf

    AAS:
    100mg ed Test Base in Oil
    50mg ed Tren

    Supplements:
    B5 (5 grams ed)
    r-ala (100mg every meal)
    Thermonex(preworkout EYCA)
    Tight (2x a day for the guggulsterones mainly)
    I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
    I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

      good idea for a thread!

      5'11" 190 @ 17%bf

      500mg test wk 1-8 or maybe 10
      pure ephedrine
      caffeine
      popping occasional clen
      ldex .25 ed

      mostly a ton of cardio (morning and post workout) and a 2000 cal lower carb diet.

          IMO you should run the test at 10 weeks no less....

              Prop 400mg's/week
              Fina ruffly 375mg's/week
              Anavar 30mg's/day
              LR3IGF-1 ruffly 60mcg's/day
              HCA (same thing as Hydroxy, different company)

              Cardio Twice a week. Droppin BF like mofo and addin muscle!

                    Currently on 250mg test every 3 days along with 2.5mg femera eod and 20mg nolvadex eod. Started md-6(EYCA based stack herbal form though except for the Y)today ed 2 times a day now using the recommended doseage. Was only using it pre-workout. Also taking my regular multi-vitamins and extra c and e and calcium. Protein supplements are Detour or U-Turn bars. Pretty much it.

                    Current stats. 5'10 - 210 pounds at about 12-13% bf. Weight fluctuates up a little during the day. Want to get down to about 200 pounds and just keep it at that.

                    Hehehe answered my own thread and thus added a good post count to my pathetic count. :p

                        clen 2 days a week
                        lots of protein
                        bcaa in post cycle drink

                        i know thats not alot but my bf is going down quickly i just dropped my carbs severely
