Lab tests, how and where?

This is a question I shouldn’t have to ask based off how long I’ve been doing this off and on but I’ve done labs before...

I want to get labs done right now so I can see where I’m sitting currently.

I’m off gear, havnt used anything in a while and I’m not working out currently and I’m eating like shit and drinking too much booz.

Trying to get an ideal of my levels currently.

So as embarrassing as it sounds, how do you get labs done? What should I order to be tested?

I remember from a long time ago someone telling me to order a female test or something.

Wow, thats great. I need to try that. I went to some Emergi clinic a couple years ago and got my labwork and results and it cost me like $500. I had to see the doctor and go thru all kinds of shit and all I wanted was blood work.

you can do a full panel minus test and estro for well under a hundo man. if you want the full hormone panels it is only a bit over a hundo. when my doc puts in my quarterly labs which is damn near identical to just combining the health and hormone panels they charge my insurance well over 1g. just my folate and b12 levels alone cost 300 a piece. it's insane how much they charge when you can get it done their for a fraction of the price
