  • 4 weeks from monday?

    If everything goes perfect that's when gym will open here. It will be almost 4 months. I can not say much positive about taking off this long except I'm not injured anywhere. Also, only used 250 mgs test a week whole time gave me a break. About half size I was though.
    Also, never understood how much traning an hour 5 days a week keeps mood up and positive. Found myself depressed more than ever during this shit.

        That is one good thing. I had elbow problems, shoulder problems and knees. All feel great now.

            my elbow is absolutely wrecked right now and i havent been able to get any treatment work done since this bs started up. that and i have been in prep and continuing to train hard. so no rest and complete recovery until after the season is over. hopefully they will open up the clinics and stuff here soon

              Make triceps about impossible. Well few exercises. And affects any pressing movement.

                yeah but funny thing is chest work it doesnt really impact at all but close grip tricep work is brual. a little more impact on shoulder presses. now i just use the equi block pain cream and put a band on it during training. huge pain in the ass and the shitty part is the leaner and drier i get the more painful i know it's going to be. all for the love of the process

                  Lol, worry it's not funny I just understand about it being worse the leaner you get.
                  I have always had elbow trouble with triceps. The exercises I have found hurt the least, for me anyway, dumbell kickbacks I can always do, overhead rope extensions ok too, tricep pushdiowns but have to do higher reps less weight. Forget laying extendable, worst.

                    Gyms pushed back now. I'm not even counting on a date anymore. Sometime in September I'm hoping. 3 months going on 4 no training eating horrible.
                    Did start small dumbell wirkout, inky can do very small amount. 2 set of 30 pond dumbells and bench. Better than nothing and can get over initial soreness at least. I've list a tin if size. Clothes I could not even get into now fit. But I'm just as keen and still have some muscle. Took pic yesterday. I thought I would look much worse. Seems I'm just considerably smaller. That will return fast once things get going. Pic below took last night.

                    Still have plan to start, hopefully in Sept sometime, and compete in a national qualifier in 2021. Then masters nationals in 2022. If I do well, win or top 2 or 3 may try regular USA.

                    Definitely USA in 2023. I'll be 51. Only goal, place top 5 at 51.

                          That's what everyone say. Think that having a super fast metabolism is the best possible thing but there are real drawbacks to that also. To gain any size I have to eat so much I cant do it. I use at least 3-4 shakes a day with 4 or 5 food meals. It's hard to do.

                          Right now, though, eating horrible, it is good, otherwise I'd be fat.

                            Just took this t minutes ago. Back 3 weeks after over 4 months off.
                            2 ius of gh a day is really surprising me. I can not stop loosing fat no matter what I eat.
                            500 mg omnadren
                            600 mgs deca
                            20 mgs Superdrol
                            10 mgs noveldex
