Thanks for all the info guys it's much appreciated.. I'm now 11 days in to my blast. I went with 500mg test e and I'm just going to keep an eye out for gyno symptoms and then add in adex if needed. I'll keep this posted updated in a few weeks after the effects kick in.

dont watch for symptoms go get your estro checked after about 3-4 weeks. that will give you an idea of if you need to put estro control in. dex is harsh as all hell and will crush your estro which is counter productive. if you estro doesnt climb up to much you are better off with nolva to combat gyno. i have a guy that i work with that has serious estro issues where they spike really high even on low dose test and .5mg of dex e3d crushes his down to single digits. that in itself causes a host of other issues. so we are playing around with aroma to correct the problem now. all done with blood work every few weeks to iron out whats working and whats not. simple estro test is cheap as all hell and worth it to keep your progress moving in the right direction. esp when blasting because it's hard to push yourself when your dick dont work and your joints are bone dry

Looking for some info guys.. Hoping to start my first cycle within the next month looking at
Week 1-12
500mg test e
Then lowering the dose down to 125mg test e and HCG 250ui... Just looking to know how long should I be cruising for and then after that should I be adding something like tren into my next blast.

I would not make the decision to just stay on before your first cycle and before your first contest. It really doesn't make much sense unless you are a very good competitor and you really want to see how far you are able to take it.
The problem is no amount of steroids or any other drug can make you a top competitor. You need to first react to steroids better than the average person. You've never used them so you have no idea yet. Also, unless you have a certain type of structure you'll never be competing and doing well in even a small national level contest. It's not anyone's fault and you can't do anything about it. It's kind of like wanting to play division 1 basketball in college. You need to be born with that talent and use it. If you don't have the talent it doesn't matter how much you practice you are not playing at a division 1 school.
I would suggest to slow down, do the first run, see how you do. If you have already been training awhile then you should enter a small local contest. If you do have the potential needed you should easily do very, very well in a contest that small. You would also have the opportunity to ask the judges what they thought. From my experience they will tell you the truth even if it sucks to hear.
Basically I'm saying make sure its even possible for you to compete at a high level before deciding to stay on steroids for good. It's a big decision at 27, and having children has 0 to do with it. If you don't come off you will have to stay on something the rest of your life. Is it worth it if you just won't be able to be a great Bodybuilder. Because you do not need to stay on for good to build an impressive physique.
