If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Who knows, optimum is great for the price, mine mixed fine in a shaker cup or a blender... you have no real need to mix it with a damn spoon or something And it's much more cost-effective than Isopure... so is PC, and the chocolate flavor from there tastes AWESOME!

I will admit I am no protein expert, yet I have tried many many brands and have found few that I have come to like and that agree with my stomach. While cutting I have been going with Isopure and while bulking I use EAS strawberry Myoplex with orange juice. I cringe every time I have to pay for that damn Isopure and thats why Im looking to switch, its just that the optimum is so bad on my stomach that my coworkers know to look out when they see me carry it in, my ass smells so bad. Designer whey used to do the same thing to my stomach but I picked some up the other week and it was fine, who knows.

Very cheap, I bet the Isopure runs you at least $20 for 2lbs, and the PC version of Isopure blends better and tastes better for $7 per lb. Regular whey concentrate $3.50 a lb, BCAA's, all kinda good stuff. I like the place

Yea, I use their night time formula. Theres a bit of controversy around them, they failed a couple label claims tests, but I sitll use them on occasion, they have been good to me..... let us know how the taste is with that and the results, I would be interested since cutting season is just around the corner.
i use sci-fit. its the same price and 5% better than optimum in purity. Thats why you get more servings in sci-fits 5lb. container compared to optimums. I used to use optimum, but was turned onto sci-fit through some research. If you go to bodybuilders.com cyberstore highpower is actually the purest at 85% but it tastes like ass. Scifit is second purest at 80% purity, and i love the taste. Optimum is 75% so i hope this helps in your decision.

I also use LABRADA Lean Body low carb 40 pack for $58..
easy and fast way to get that extra protien in..
