Anyone else bodies work dam backwards? Not like I stray too far from my preferred weight but I always seem to get leaner in fall/winter! Maybe it’s because 70% of my life is in AZ so we have better weather why all the rest of you are getting crushed by father winter! That being said I still lean out in montana and Alaska during winter! I have no idea why!
your burning more cals in the cold man. i did almost 6 months in norway during an off season trip. i was eating 8k cals a day and still losing weight. that was a trip and a half for sure. reindeer is also delicious

now that i think about it, even the temp drop in az prob will have an impact on cals burned man. if you are used to 120 and it drops down to the 80s i am sure it will still cause a small increase in cals burned
