  • Being on AAS

I see my friends who are on AAS and they cant lift anymore weight because of them having major shoulder problems or knee or what ever. If one has all these problems should you still take the amount of AAS to build or just do some HRT level doses and stop worringabout having size.

i say once you get to the point where you arent able to do a whole lot anymore then pushing heavy cycles is pretty much useless. not to mention pulling down to a more fit and lean physique will most likely make all the things that are jacked up hurt far less. no need to push once you get to that point in all reality, you are just compounding the problem imo

At some point your body gets so saturated with gear that it will probably stop responding to high doses, even low doses of Anabolics. Even tho I hate coming off, I know its necessary to do so in order for the body to clean/clear out and be able to respond better on the next cycle.
I know most guys hate coming off, but what if you at least taper down the amount of gear being taken for at least a month or so, so that on the next run it will respond better? I think thats prob the best thing to do. Keep the body guessing.
At some point it depends on the person and what they choose to do.

Is there medical data showing that the body adapts to gear over time? I know everyone says that so is it the same as a tolerance to alcohol or medication?

Being off and the body cleaning out is probably different for everyone.

I do HRT and stopped worrying about size. I am a skinny 165# and do not care. I am lean and healthy and do not have to always be eating protein and I am not having as frequent injuries. I feel better and my blood work looks better.

It was hard to watch all those hard earned lbs fade slowly away but now I do not think about it unless I see someone I have not seen in 10-12 years and they say "damn you got skinny"
"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

I totally agree if ur punished body can't take the workout schedule you once did...but giving up a life style you have known all ur life...imo will do worse mentally...than physically....just my 2cents....ive known to many superstars and athletes go into horrible depression because there known of the athlete they use to be! When that's all u know...its a horrible reality check!
