Use a millipore with a vac pump!(much easier) If u use a smaller plunger/syringe than a 60ml...Its a lot less stress on fingers etc!
When u use bot top filters!

The 60ml syringe is to fit in caulk gun filled with 47ml at a time.
It prevents fingers used!! Lol!
Vac pump listed thread was an inquiry on syringe method. Lol!

What is the difference between the sterile filter and the regular filter? The end product is sterile, Right?
