started cutting 6 week ago and lost 13 pound{no drugs},but my biceps have decreased almost half inch......!!oh no!!because of summer is coming and wanna lose some fat before start my prop/fina.has anyone had this problem??

For me, leg strength is the first thing to go when I diet, though size remains the same. For instance, off-season, I leg-press 1000lbs for reps... dieted down now, I have trouble with 600My legs have barely lost 1in though, so very little was muscle. It's just a thing that happens. Also, you could try dieting with juice, help preserve as much muscle as possible

There is no substitute for experience......
